Located on the second floor of a fully renovated historic building, this apartment offers both charm and comfort in an unbeatable central location. Just steps away from Lisbon’s main tourist attractions, trendy cafés, and cosmopolitan restaurants, it’s the perfect spot for exploring the city on foot, enjoying great food, and experiencing the vibrant nightlife.

All major public transport options (bus, train, tram, funicular, and metro) are within easy walking distance.

The apartment is on the second floor and, although there is no elevator, access is straightforward.

Please note: It is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.

Ideal for up to four guests, the apartment includes a double bed (140x200 cm) and a comfortable double sofa bed of the same size. We provide all bed linen, along with a towel set for each guest (bath towel and hand towel).

Please avoid using the towels to remove makeup or clean shoes, as this can cause stains that prevent their reuse.

Shampoo and shower gel are also provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and essential toiletries.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, traditional oven and microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils. Guests also have free access to a shared laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi and top-of-the-line air conditioning in every room, making it perfect for both leisure and remote work.

Guests have full access to the apartment.

We simply ask that you take good care of it so future guests can enjoy it just as much.

While the apartment does not have its own washing machine, all guests have free access to a laundry room, equipped with washer, dryer, and free detergent (stored under the sink).
