Although the apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator, access is relatively easy.

Please note: it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

We provide fresh white bed linens. Each guest also receives a towel set, including a bath towel and a hand towel.

Kindly note: We ask guests not to use the towels to remove makeup or clean shoes, as this may cause permanent stains that prevent reuse.

The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with free access to a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

All rooms have high-speed Wi-Fi and top-of-the-line air conditioning.

Since the apartment is in the heart of the city center—close to popular bars and restaurants—please note that we cannot guarantee complete silence.

The fast and reliable internet connection makes it ideal for guests working remotely.

Guests have full access to everything in the apartment. We simply ask that you treat it with care so that future guests can enjoy it in the same excellent condition.

While there is no washing machine inside the apartment, all guests have free access to a shared laundry room, which includes a washer, dryer, and complimentary detergent (stored under the sink).
